These terms apply to your use of prodai.co.uk and the Prod.AI mobile apps operated by Prod.AI LTD.
Prod.AI means Production Assistant Interface — our name for a film, TV and live production management platform (crew, call sheets, logistics, invoicing and related workflows). The name reflects our product direction; it does not mean the current app includes generative artificial intelligence features.
Using Prod.AI
Keep your account details accurate and use Prod.AI for legitimate production workflows. Do not share access tokens, attempt to access another person's account, or misuse the service.
Content you add
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you upload, including crew details, call sheets, invoices and personal data relating to other people. Make sure you have permission to share any files or personal data you submit.
Accounts and website access
You may create an account and log in on the website. Day-to-day production work is intended to be carried out in the Prod.AI mobile apps using the same credentials unless we expressly offer a browser workflow.
Payments and invoices
Saved bank details are used to pre-fill invoices you create. Prod.AI does not initiate bank transfers or card charges from invoice records alone. Confirm amounts and recipients before sending invoices. Paid subscriptions or checkout flows may be processed by Stripe under their own terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime and accurate workflows, but the service is provided as available. Always verify critical logistics, payments and safety information before acting on it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
