These Terms govern your use of the Prod.AI website at prodai.co.uk and any related services we offer. By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Prod.AI is a production-management platform for film, TV and content production.

2. Beta status
Prod.AI is in active development. Features may change, be added, or removed.
By using the site or expressing interest in the platform, you understand that:
- Parts of the service may be unstable or unavailable.
- Data loss is possible in pre-release builds.
- Access to any beta programme is by invitation only.
3. Using the site
You agree that you will not:
- Break any applicable laws while using the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses or harmful content.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Use the site to store or share unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
4. Accounts and access
If we provide you with access to pre-release tools or a user account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Content you provide
If you share files, text or other material (“Your Content”), you confirm that you have all rights needed to use and share it.
You grant us a limited licence to use and process Your Content only to operate, test and improve the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All branding, design, code and content on the site, excluding Your Content, belong to Prod.AI or our licensors. You must not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.
7. Third-party services
Prod.AI may link to or integrate with third-party tools, for example email services, analytics or payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review separately. We are not responsible for third-party content or behaviour.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that we will process personal data as outlined in that policy.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site or any part of the service will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including for maintenance or security reasons.
10. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and any pre-release services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express or implied.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, for example fraud.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site and these Terms is limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount you have paid us, if any, in the previous 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access to the site, beta tools or your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the service.
You may stop using the site at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law in another jurisdiction does not allow this.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date shown at the top. If changes are material, we may also notify you via the site or email where appropriate.
